Trek Highlights
This trek is different from others, it offers an opportunity to interact with local people and also the opportunity to visit the oldest Lamayuru monastry and famous Alchi monastry, Founded by Lotsawa Rinchen Sangpo. Alchi being the region most unique artistic treasures dating back to the 11 century. At the beginning of the trek there is gradual walk up to Prinkiti La and also many ascend and descends.

Day 01: Delhi – Leh ,, Full day rest to accliamtise altitude of 3500m .

Day 02: Leh to sight-seeing around Leh  visit monasteries of Shey Thiksay and Hemis .

Day 03: Leh to Lamayuru- visit Spituk, Alchi and Lamayuru monasteries.

Day 04 ; walking towards village wanla.At the beginning of thr trek there is gradual walk up to Prinkiti La(3760m). After the pass we going down almost 600 meters.. Camp at Wanla ¾ hrs walk.

Day 05: Wanla-Ursi village.6/7 hrs..
Today we start walking up stream along the footpath and arrive at the small village of Fangila (3410 m) at the junction of two streams. We will camp at the upper end of village.We have to follow the trail along the valley and the trail ascends to the east and arrives at village Ursi.. Camp at Ursi..

Day 06: Base of Tarla –Tar via Tarla pass (5250mts) (7-8 hrs)
Today we have to ascend and descend several times before reaching the Tarla (5250 mts).On reaching Tar La, We will have beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The descend are also steep and continue down to the village Tar.

Day 07: Tar - Mang Gyu via Mangula pass (4200 mts) (5-5 ½ hrs)
Today we have to walk up and cross a small pass called mangyu La 4200 mts in altitude. From the pass are nice views of Indus valley to the east and to the south are snow-capped mountains.

Day 08: Mang Gyu - Alchi - Leh (5-6 hrs)
Today is the last day of our trek. We have to follow the trail on the right bank of river to reach the village Gera. From Gera we will go by car to visit Alchi monastry, which is famous for its ancient murals and wood carving and drive back to Leh.

Day 09 ;  Rest day  or optional rating , shoping or walk around Leh Market.

Day 10 ;  Flight to Delhi .Total cost for this trip for 3 person, 2050 euros, Per person, 683 euros.
